The application of result-oriented communication methods in collaboration is a relatively effective approach.

Communication has costs.
When measured by efficiency, reducing the exchange costs of communication and being result-oriented are both ways to improve efficiency.
The exchange cost of communication lies in the non-standardization of each person. This is also one of the sources of creative collisions and is not entirely negative.
However, in the overall collaboration, in order to effectively promote communication efficiency among individuals within the whole, a universal communication method, similar to a computer communication protocol, needs to be considered.
Among people, the most widely used medium is language.
In small groups, language is a more universal tool and lacks sufficient specificity. Besides language, there are also methods of using language. The combination of these two forms the basic structure of communication.
On this basic structure, the interactive relationship of communication, among other things, needs to be understood.
If we divide communication into two major categories:
- The first category: Divergent Creative Type: Using language without specific reference/purpose to diffuse conceptual communication discussions to gain inspiration, and then further consider implementation.
- The second category: Directed Problem Type: Using the content represented by specific events and highlighting one’s intentions and suggestions in the communication method to obtain the next step of discussion and solution determination and management execution.
However, in most collaborative communications, one must consider where each sentence is directed.
Unless in highly creative discussions where divergent and non-directional dialogue language is needed, generally, the language content in work/collaboration should be explicitly directed to facilitate the derivation of results.
Communication reflects language, methods of language application, and interactive relationships in communication.
It also reveals the communicator’s inner tendencies and potential emotions.
Usually, when discussing specific events, highlighting one’s intentions and suggestions, and further concretely structuring sentences and phrases can reflect a person’s boldness in facing problems and the progressive strength of their result-oriented mindset in language use.
Therefore, the use of language and communication itself is a method of self-improvement.
In this world, no viewpoint is absolutely correct. In everyone’s world, every sentence incorporates their own interpretation of communication.
However, this does not mean that in team collaboration, during the process of turning creativity into executability, that is, integrating creativity and productivity, there is no need for an absolute standard.
The establishment of an absolute standard can be seen here as a positive, problem-solving communication method that de-emphasizes negative emotions. This is conducive to integration and overall achievement in a conflicted and complex world.
This is the most difficult form of individualism, where the individual can also be collective.Absolute is relative, but in a certain space, only the absolute can take root and grow.
