任何的工作都是一种解决问题的具体方式。
所有的生活中事情都可以简单抽象为是解决问题的过程。

All things in life can be simply abstracted as a process of problem solving.
解决问题的实质
解决问题本身是一种动态的变化。
从一个局面到另一种局面,从一个不符合当事人最佳角度的配置到一个相对可以满足需求者的状态,从一个零散的资源,到整合的应用。
The Essence of Solving Problems
Solving a problem is itself a dynamic change.
From one situation to another, from a configuration that does not meet the best perspective of the parties involved to a state that can relatively meet the needs of those in need, from scattered resources to integrated applications.
解决问题,是由其中一个点的驱动力,朝向某个大概的方向,而将资源整合起来发挥功用,以便达到相对期望的结果的过程。
Problem solving is the process of integrating resources and using them in a general direction, driven by a driving force from one point, to achieve a relatively desired result.
解决问题的过程:变化才是不变
解决问题并不是一蹴而就的。解决问题的思路也不是一直不变的,需要一个演化的过程。
Problem Solving Process: Change is the Only Constant
Solving a problem is not something that can be done overnight. The solution to a problem is not always the same. It is an evolutionary process.
很多时候,解决问题是一个发现的旅程,本身是具有创造性的。
在探索未知,或者不完全复刻某些已有的模式时,那就意味着,新的人,新的时间,新的空间下一定是具有创造性的思路和实践上才能符合实际多变的生活的要求。
Many times, problem solving is a journey of discovery and is creative in itself.
When exploring the unknown, or not completely replicating certain existing models , it means that under the combination of new people, new time, and new space, there must be creative ideas and practices to meet the requirements of actual and changing life.
上述提到本身做的事情就是用新的方式来做的过程中,问题不容易显现出其样子。可能问题和过去有些类似,但总是在某些方面呈现出些新的不同点,这样的问题不会是常规遇到的,凭借经验也很难一概而论。
The above mentioned things are done in new ways, and the problems are not easy to show their appearances themselves. The problems may remind us of similarities to the past, but there are always some new differences in some aspects. Such problems are not routinely encountered, and it is difficult to generalize based on experience.
在这种情况下,解决问题最核心的难点反而是确认问题/需求。
问题本身在刚开始不会十分清晰地显现出来。
In this case, the core difficulty in solving the problem is to identify the problem / need .
The problem itself will not be clear at first.
如果是清晰的,那就可以简单复刻问题的解决方案了,重复执行。这种情况适用于萝卜坑特别清晰的界定的模式。一般在成熟的企业,家庭或者社会环境中,对应其固化的阶段下,这些是具有效力和成立的方式。
If it is clear, then you can simply copy the solution to the problem and repeat it. This situation is suitable for models where the carrot pit is particularly clearly defined. Generally, in mature companies, families or social environments, corresponding to their solidification stage, these are effective and established methods.
解决问题的核心:确定问题(具体需求/解决点/优化点/创新点)
往往我们有大方向(问题的大方向的范围是确认了),或者一种感觉,敏锐的知道有些事情不太对劲或者有可能需要优化的空间。这就是解决问题的开端。
The core of problem solving: identify the problem (specific needs / solution points / optimization points / innovation points )
Often we have a general direction (the general direction of the problem is confirmed), or a feeling, keenly knowing that something is not right or there may be room for optimization. This is the beginning of solving the problem.
前文说解决问题不是一蹴而就的,更是对这个点的充分认知和认可。
具体问题的清晰定义往往都需要一段时间来确认清楚,那这个过程本身会占据大量的解决问题的时间。摸着石头过河,边摸,也才边慢慢找到过河的最佳方法。也就是说解决问题的方式的具体落实,在摸索性的过程中,需要在边探索定义,边尝试和边实践中成就真谛。
As previously mentioned, solving the problems is not something that can be achieved overnight. It is the full recognition and acceptance of this point.
It often takes a while to clearly define a specific problem, and this process itself will take up a lot of time to solve the problem. Crossing the river by feeling the stones, you will slowly find the best way to cross the river. In other words, the specific implementation of the solution to the problem requires exploring the definition, trying and practicing to achieve the truth in the exploratory process.
这个就是发现和创造性探索的内涵形式。
This is the connotation form of discovery and creative exploration.
创造性解决问题的常态:变化
创作型解决问题,和发明本身有很大的相似性。
变化是非常常见的现象,创新性探索的过程中,更是需要变化来解决变化带来的探知成本。
The norm for creative problem solving: Change
Creative problem solving has a lot in common with invention itself.
Change is a very common phenomenon. In the process of innovative exploration, change of reactions is even more needed to lower the exploration costs brought about by the change of the situations.
类比爱迪生发明灯泡,最终的灯泡亮了的解决方案是在尝试了多次之后才成功和确定下来的方式。又经过大家孜孜不倦的努力和演化,现在用电发亮的手段方法比起爱迪生当时已然有了更多的长足进步。
Analogous to Edison’s invention of the light bulb, the solution to make the bulb light up was only successfully determined after numerous attempts. Through everyone’s tireless efforts and evolution, the methods of using electricity to produce light have made significant progress compared to Edison’s time.
爱迪生在发明灯泡的时候,他想解决的人工照明的问题,用电力如何让人能享受到夜间的光亮?多少次的失败?也是多少次他对自己提出的解决方式的尝试的否认,有些是现实的对他想法的否认,在他下定决心尝试每一种方法的时候,有多少又是他自己对自己想法的否认呢?
When Edison invented the light bulb, he wanted to solve the problem of artificial lighting: how could people enjoy the light at night using electricity? How many times did he fail? How many times did he deny his own solutions? Some of his failures were denials to his ideas by reality while in fact how many of other mid-failures were denials to his own ideas by himself after being determined to try each method?
所有的否认都是变化,所有的变化坚持下来,慢慢就会有更加清晰,符合当下并且能够朝向大方向的解决方案。
All denials are changes. If you persist in all the changes, there will gradually be clearer solutions that are in line with the present and can move in the general direction.
解决问题是大脑的思考和学习的过程
工作类型,岗位,家庭职责,角色,本质都在解决问题。
所以所谓的分工,除了在人本身的天赋属性上应该去匹配,更多人和人的差异不在于职责本身的差别。这些差别是人为定义的。
Problem solving is the process of thinking and learning of the brain
Job types, positions, family responsibilities, and roles are essentially all about solving problems.
So the so-called division of labor, in addition to matching people’s natural gifts, the differences between people do not lie in the differences in responsibilities themselves. These differences are defined by humans.
确实人的精力是有限的,不可能一个人去解决所有的细分问题,但是解决问题的基底能力和对其动态变化过程的把握力,开放和创造性观察,看待和推行解决思路才是抽象出来的大脑在做的事情。
Indeed, a person’s energy is limited, and it’s impossible for one person to solve all the detailed problems. However, the foundational ability to solve problems, the grasp of their dynamic changes, openness and creative observation, and the approach to implementing solutions are what the abstract thinking of the brain is engaged in.
所以抛开经验和固化阶段可以习得的重复性解决问题的能力不谈,解决问题的能力有差别,就是在于个体的认知和思考力上,学习力上有差别。
So, aside from the repetitive problem-solving skills that can be acquired through experience and standardized stages, the difference in problem-solving ability lies in individual cognition, thinking skills, and capacity for learning.
是否限制我们自己在不同的事情上,还是理解我们本身在做的事情都有异曲同工之妙,并认真提高和优化自己的解决问题的能力,这是个人的认知宽度可以影响的。
Whether we limit ourselves in different matters or understand that what we do has similarities, and earnestly improve and optimize our problem-solving abilities, this is influenced by our cognitive breadth.
当然还是建议做自己天赋的事情,大多数情况下,人离自己的天赋还非常遥远。大部分的解决问题还是打地基阶段的磨练。
Of course, it is still advisable to pursue what one is naturally gifted at. In most cases, people are still far from discovering and practicing their true talents. Much of problem-solving involves honing skills in the foundational stages.
于是乎,理解了生活理性的本质,对于问题,也许我们可以多一点期待其变化和创造性的结果,明白,解决问题本身就不该一蹴而就。
Therefore, understanding the essence of rationality in life, we might approach problems with greater expectation for their evolution and creative outcomes. We should realize that solving problems is not something that should be achieved in a single step.
这本身就是自我学习和成长的过程。
This itself is a process of self-learning and growth.
